The Vocalist: Optimistic

I would like to introduce The Vocalist or the Optimistic Legacy Behavior. You are the frontman/woman of the band with command of the room, empowering others to come on your journey of positivity while providing clarity and direction. You are hopeful and optimistic about the future and like the front man/woman, you will tell us how it is in a frank and positive manner.

Leading with an optimistic legacy is contagious and is a behavior that may become extinct if we don’t learn how to cultivate for our future. However, be sure you are not leading with blind optimism, there are problems to overcome and solutions to be provided, but in your eyes, they can all be accomplished.

If you lead from the optimistic legacy, as the front man/woman, your voice should be heard loud and clear as you empower all to see possibilities for the future. You are the Vocalist.

“Musicians want to be the loud voice for so many quiet hearts.” – Billy Joel

How can you spot The Vocalist behaving in their Optimistic Legacy?

  1. Remarkable Results with Optimism is their motto.
  2. They are genuinely happy with a smile on their face.
  3. They honestly believe people can accomplish anything they set their minds to.
  4. “I can’t” is not in their vocabulary.
  5. They are self-motivated and believe everyone else is as well.
