I would like to introduce The Lead Guitarist or the Passionate Legacy Behavior. If you are the lead guitarist, your legacy is incredibly special. What you do by nature is hold people accountable and drive results.  It is your responsibility to be the song structure, and your genuine passion is contagious. We want to work for the lead guitarist, and we hear you as they fill the gaps and lead us through challenging times with genuine grace and leadership. It may not be easy, but we will walk with you and challenge ourselves to meet your passion.

Be proud of your legacy and know what you bring to the table is extraordinary. There is one thing you need to be cautious of and that is you must remain positive in your passionate legacy and be driven by your positive emotions. If you fill the gaps with negativity, your legacy is playing the song in the wrong key to hold people accountable.
